Abusive management that is nothing short of psychopathy, told I was unfit for the job literally due to my African American race, asked to do impossible tasks. Only happenned once I joined the Cardiovascular team, the two managers above me in Cardiovascular were a living nightmare. Have discussed with several civil rights organizations, and while they are working on the issue- the company has us sign a form related to only being able to take issues to a particular type of court, so our hands are tied once we join the company and sign this.

The culture and leadership experience became increasingly inconsistent during the last year. Decision-making often lacked transparency, priorities shifted frequently, and employee feedback did not always appear to be valued. The people-centered culture that attracted many long-tenured employees seemed to drift, resulting in reduced trust, lower engagement, and increased organizational uncertainty.
