The latter has been especially apparent in this tumultuous year, where their handling of both pandemic issues and inequality discussions has been thoughtful and well-executed.

It's a large company: some things move slowly, and many processes are standardized, giving it a corporate atmosphere. Not necessarily bad, but to be expected. Career mobility can also lag, but this varies greatly among many factors such as your group and your manager.

The culture and leadership experience became increasingly inconsistent during the last year. Decision-making often lacked transparency, priorities shifted frequently, and employee feedback did not always appear to be valued. The people-centered culture that attracted many long-tenured employees seemed to drift, resulting in reduced trust, lower engagement, and increased organizational uncertainty.
