Shrinking budgets, continually asked to do more with less. Employees spin their wheels and aren't empowered to accomplish results. Morale is at an all time low. What used to be a good place to work isn't anymore. Limited room for advancement. Amgen no longer puts patients first, Bradway sees to it that stockholders are kept happy.
