It’s a clean work environment.

I have never felt so unappreciated while working for a company. Upper level management only cares about the remote and desk workers. There is zero room for growth in manufacturing associate. The work environment is very toxic everyone talks bad about one another. Stressful place to work for low pay. New staff with no experience get hired at higher pay rate than current experienced staff is making. They even took away the free coffee.

The culture and leadership experience became increasingly inconsistent during the last year. Decision-making often lacked transparency, priorities shifted frequently, and employee feedback did not always appear to be valued. The people-centered culture that attracted many long-tenured employees seemed to drift, resulting in reduced trust, lower engagement, and increased organizational uncertainty.
