managers like to micro manage your everyday activities. salary is just OK. some are underpaid. raise is not based on your performance but if you are liked by the manager. minor races may be treated different compare to major ones. Although someone may perform worse than you but if the manager likes him, he still get the raise but you are not!

The culture and leadership experience became increasingly inconsistent during the last year.
