Great dining experiences; both breakfast and lunch. The prep cooks rock! The amount of time off kicks butt! It's great to have every Christmas and 4th of July off - it sucks you have to use some of your personal or vacation time to take the time off, but whatever. The plant is closed, you should get the time off without having to dip into your personal stash. Just the same - it's pretty darn awesome to have guaranteed days off every year. You can actually make plans that you know won't be interrupted.

There isn't anything positive I can think of about the work environment. You're always stressed out wondering when the next big layoff is coming and is it your team/department. Not knowing whether you're on the chopping block or not over-rides anything positive there is to say about this company.

The culture and leadership experience became increasingly inconsistent during the last year. Decision-making often lacked transparency, priorities shifted frequently, and employee feedback did not always appear to be valued. The people-centered culture that attracted many long-tenured employees seemed to drift, resulting in reduced trust, lower engagement, and increased organizational uncertainty.
