Great Benefits, yearly bonus, 2 shutdowns per year

Management is very stingy and chooses favorites. They will not care about how you are being treated or bullying. It is difficult to get promoted especially in the PD department. The managers are also always on top of you of what you are doing every part of the day. The cafeteria food is okay, however, they keep hiking up the prices and it is becoming very unaffordable.

The culture and leadership experience became increasingly inconsistent during the last year. Decision-making often lacked transparency, priorities shifted frequently, and employee feedback did not always appear to be valued. The people-centered culture that attracted many long-tenured employees seemed to drift, resulting in reduced trust, lower engagement, and increased organizational uncertainty.
