      Bad experience for contract employees. You aren’t put in the same office section as the regular full time employees, we were actually in a completely different building. Makes you feel not part of the team day 1. Not to mention employee appreciation day, contract employees excluded from that as well. Even my manager admitted that was bad. I was really hoping for a great opportunity and it was such a let down.

      The culture and leadership experience became increasingly inconsistent during the last year. Decision-making often lacked transparency, priorities shifted frequently, and employee feedback did not always appear to be valued. The people-centered culture that attracted many long-tenured employees seemed to drift, resulting in reduced trust, lower engagement, and increased organizational uncertainty.
