The company offers good benefits, especially health insurance and retirement fund options. They have many resources to help growth and advancement. It's a stable company with above average job security for the bio/pharma industry.

Svantaggi

They try to do too much with too few people. This means that you have to do the work of several people. Some of the responsibilities you're asked to do are usually done by someone in a different function at most other companies. At Amgen, your asked to wear multiple hats, and to make it worse, they pay less than most other companies for the same role and better work/life balance.

Decision-making often lacked transparency, priorities shifted frequently, and employee feedback did not always appear to be valued.
