      Management has no vision & aspiration NO employee engagement program Partiality on races in terms of promotion,salary increment,appraisal No clear picture of job description or training session HR doesn't have any parameters to evaluate the performance of the employee, exceptions for certain races.

      It was rather worst company I worked with in Dubai, bad management they replaced me the first day they got a new designer. For less money and less experience than me Pressure, not safe, they terminated 8 ppl in less than 1 year and a half Bcz literally of a nonsense reasons It’s a start up company with even no huge background in interior design field but even tho their ego is higher than their needs for a good and experienced employee So bad and I wish everyone to think 10 times before joining them
