It's hard to describe the CEO. He used to talk about how he identified with Elizabeth Holmes because she was just misunderstood. Peter is a terror to be alone with so if you take a job here, you need to be 100% certain that you will have minimal (if any) contact. Peter is known to be "kind" in public but intensely harsh and intimidating in private - his goal is to feel like he can control people. The board knows he is bad and yet he is still there, writing inane articles about how he's smarter than anyone else who uses Glassdoor. I would be very, very wary of any positive reviews on this company since I'm sure they are other parts of management or someone that Peter has let be.
