The people, the work, and the culture are all great. There is a lot that can be learned, and a lot of room to grow.

I don't have any complaints.

Not a whole lot of pros

Worked there for 9 years and was belittled every week. Asked to go onto other jobs and never was trained. A lot of broken promises and a lot of family promotion. Forced to work overtime even when told we didn't have to. A lot of broken promises with a lot of vibes that you didn't really want to deal with.
