Amigo has serious issues with its management, communication and transparency. The main issue is managers who do not know how to manage people, and consistently convey conflicting messages. They fire people who raise concerns or have an opinion without any prior conversation. Management seem to have no idea what they’re doing, they hired a bunch of people and made most people redundant in their first months. It’s really an absolute joke, being assured that your job is secure to being let go within the same week. They treat people as a number, and most are considered and treated as replaceable. I would highly recommend you move on and find another employment if they do survive which is unlikely. Management blame customers instead of looking to see if they’re the issue.

A decent Growth opportunity for freshers and graduates. The company is in growing pace.

The opportunity spectrum is limited and an employee should have a decent idea to migrate to other companies when time demands.
