- Job security - there is none. About half the company got laid off during my time there. Not the first time they’ve done a mass laying off. - Communication is poor Targets are unrealistic and not communicated well if at all. Management will ask for feedback then alienate you if they disagree. - Management The decision making of management is questionable at best but the worst part is no one seems qualified to do their job. - Fear culture As so many people got laid off there was a constant fear you’d be next. - Pay and benefits Benefits were cut, pay is below market standard. - No opportunity for progression
