I have worked with AmOne for over 2 years and have felt welcomed immediately. The culture is amazing, the company really cares about its employees. We celebrate Birthdays,have catered lunches and fun outings.

New hires are often scheduled to work the later shift but in time the day shift is offered. After 6 months of employment I was offered the day shift, surprisingly I decided to stay on the later shift. I enjoyed the availability of having the morning to take care of errands and go to the gym.

Can feel very monotonous, or repetitive. Must start out on the PM shift in office before eligible for AM shift, and to work from home.
