The all hands meeting monthly has been really useful at communicating strategy and business updates which in a remote first can be challenging. Because it’s a smaller organisation, you’re not just a number. You get to know people across the business and can see the impact of your work, which makes a big difference. The remote working culture, early-finish Fridays (when your work’s done), and quarterly recharge days are great for work-life balance and show and make you feel like you are trusted.
