In January 18 we introduced a new confidential Employee Survey, using a 3rd party, which will better enable us to listen to employees, every 90 days. We believe we have always acted upon the feedback we have received but want to improve, and appreciate your comments. Incentives and benefits are improving and we will continue to provide very competitive packages. Our technology and systems are leading edge and we will continue to innovate and be a leader in our market space. Employees get a great opportunity to work with up to date technology and a great deal of satisfaction from doing this.
