- Pay is high, which could be considered "hush money" when you look at the downsides of working for this organization. - Some great people in the lower ranks of the organization.

Where to start... - Company leadership does not live by its own values. They also don't know how to teach the values to the rest of the company. For example, in a leadership meeting last year, the COO suggested that the best way to teach the company values would be to force everyone to put them in a screensaver on their computer. - CEO is highly disengaged from day-to-day operations. Only comes in when the opportunity to travel and eat an expensive meal arrives. - COO is very unqualified for the position he holds. Asserts dominance over the organization through bullying tactics and rumor spreading. - Company leadership cares more about making money than happy customers. This is evident in nearly every decision they make. - CEO & COO play a continual game of "pulling the wool" over employees eyes: telling them everything is great, then silently removing people from the organization who are causing issues. - Questionable financial practices, with very little transparency. Executive leadership purchasing expensive cars, vacations, etc. for themselves and their families while repeatedly denying bonuses to the rest of the company. - Most middle management is either disengaged, burned out, or apathetic to growing the business. Lots of criticism of decisions without any desire to influence decision making themselves.
