It was like going back to university, but this time I was the one who was paid to attend. My colleagues are some of my lifelong friends and were wholeheartedly supportive of my personal and professional life. The team is super smart, kind, and international. Management is investing in this side of the company, but this will take time. The more there is an attention to tracking behaviors, performance, and feedback, the more the company will be able grow in an organic matter with quality.
