Working on the Galderma aesthetic injectable contract at Amplity is an awesome opportunity to get your feet wet in aesthetics. You're able to learn the ins and outs of the business, make great relationships with aesthetic customers, and build relationships with the folks at Galderma (Regional Sales Managers + Account Managers). During my time on the contract I had a positive experience with every Galderma Regional Sales Manager + Account Manager I worked with; they were respectful, willing to help me develop as a sales rep, and were committed to helping me hit my KPI's. If you get the right Galderma Inside Sales Manager they are willing to go above and beyond to help you achieve your career goals such as becoming a Galderma Account Manager. My Amplity coworkers on the contract were fun and hardworking and I developed genuine friendships with many of them. I learned so much during my time on the contract and will be always be thankful for the skillset I was able to develop.

The contract relationship is challenging. Often times Amplity leadership struggled to set boundaries with the Inside Sales leadership team at Galderma which lead to many Amplity employees being treated unfairly. Galderma Inside Sales Managers would often blame their short comings as a leader/with their KPI's (their KPI's were different from their Amplity sales reps) on their Amplity sales reps and would take advantage of the fact that they are the client. One of the biggest problems is that there are members of Galderma Inside Sales Management who are not committed to the professional development of their Amplity sales reps and actually went out of their way to prevent them from being promoted into an Account Manager role with Galderma. The reasons for why that person should not be promoted were not legitimate or fair. These were deserving employees who worked hard and had the endorsement of other members of Amplity/Galderma leadership to become a Galderma Account Manager.
