As a result, they significantly increased quota based on an illogical reasoning that they think "reps have more accounts". Long story short, reps are getting paid a significant amount less of their bonus despite selling significantly more in dollar revenue overall simply because their "quota percentage" seems lower based on an unfair increase of essentially 2 reps' worth of workload for the reps left. Just because reps have more accounts, they still have to do double the workload to create proposals, resolve logistics issues, manage accounts, etc. which takes time. Based on the recent change, it's not reasonable.
