Pay is thin, little opportunity for advancement or career building. Low morale within teams. Leadership is distant and disconnected. Overall it was a mildly unpleasant place to work, punctuated with misplaced hope for career advancement. Despite consistently positive feedback and praise from managers and leadership, there was no tangible opportunities for growth or advancement after 3 years. Job duties very quickly outpaced title, compensation never caught up. Would caution anyone with talent to look elsewhere, this is not a place to thrive at.
