      Pretty high expectations but not usually a lot of pressure. Solid benefits. Small company feel. Probably one of the best, most stable places to work in the Duluth area.

      Departments work against each other at times. Most employees are at least average but there are some that really should be let go and drag on morale.

      Small teams to work with and your treated like a person not a number.

      Small departments you don't really go outside of so don't see how the rest of things work and can hinder your job performance if you don't understand what others do.

      The hours are really good on the worker bee level. M-F only. Independent quick moving work that makes the time fly by.

      They have two locations in Superior. The main DC is new, clean, and well staffed. The second location is a 3 person crew that still maintains its original 80s looks. It is like the ugly sibling of the two.
