- Smaller teams (but growing) - Technology takes some getting used to - Currently hard to connect face-to-face (in office)

Not many pros anymore. They have decent health coverage though and most work remotely now.

Leadership is bad and throws people under the bus. They have made lots of cuts recently and continue to re-organize so very limited job security. They will move you around and change or add to your position responsibilities very often. Not many raises given out and very little room for growth. Not the same company it was in the past. They have also been deceptive in some ways regarding benefits, commission/bonuses, and compensation. Will change things with little or no notice so read the fine print and make sure to monitor.
