Svantaggi
50% of the office staff is dedicated essentially to collecting data or following ridiculous paperwork workflows, which is very frustrating. Nothing works fast If you take a production or field position, you will not be able to have a life outside of work. Management will constantly take away support and resources and ask for the same production. Pay is ok, I wouldn't say it's great. Benefits are just as crappy as everywhere else since OC was mandated. The yearly bonus is kind of a lottery, it based on factors you can't control through a poorly planned system. So if the numbers happen to work out, you get a bonus. Performance bonuses don't exist, other than in a handful of rare special projects. Tuition assistance is laughable, $5k a year. Internal raises are inflation only, even with a promotion it's difficult to get compensated.
