Stay away from Andela - Recensione dipendente - Software Engineer presso Andela

I used to enjoy working at Andela until the company became profit-focused and stopped caring about the welfare of its engineers. They have zero transparency and it's even getting worse by the day. It's so sad that as an engineer working for an Andela partner, Andela takes more than 87% of what the partner pays for my services. As we speak, engineers are subtly being forced to convert from a full-time employee to a contractor. Worst part is the management knows no engineer is happy about it but they don't give a damn. The management needs to change their attitudes towards the devs and make better decisions.
