If surrounded by the right people, work can get fun and can pass the time easily. After hours drinks with co-workers were always happening (there's a reason for this, it's needed) Great start up if you're entering the industry. Lots of chances to mess up here. Some managers care but with so little say. Can't get worse than this.

What is that? - Doesn't take care of talent and shoves them to the side - No career growth - Onboarding is non-existent - Stress levels beyond 100% - Specific Freelancers > real employees - Any pay bump..... only $500 more or none at all. - CEO sees us as numbers. - Charity donations? No thanks. - CD is mute - Finally you got benefits! You got an account but with nothing in it.
