Archaic technology. We are still using software built for hardware from the 1970s. Think older than DOS. Command line text programs that are twitchy and must be used in just the right way or they crash.

Absolutely nothing positive to say except that it pays the bills.

Management is selfish and only cares about their paycheck. There is absolutely no growth. You want to definition of a dead end job, this is it. They are so cheap with everything and don't want to spend any money on employees to make them more efficient. Management monitors everyone like they're children and will jump at any opportunity to belittle their employees. Don't bother talking to HR. They sweep everything under the rug.
