Health insurance, weekends off, some of the employees are great

no growth, the owners are very money stingy, only got a raise after manager left because the job was too much for even her. Coworkers are toxic even though they are all grown adults. Building is freezing in the winter and bonuses are barely a thing.

I cant think of any- except girls who worked in my dept

One of my managers were extremely rude, their whole process was super outdated at the time, the building I worked at looked like a jail in the inside with no windows, I got very poor training, the pay was not great for all the work they wanted you to push out. I basically had to figure things out for myself. The women who worked there were even surprised that I showed up after the second day. Needless to say, I lasted about a week in a half. Hopefully it's better now.
