The workplace culture felt negative and disengaging, with little effort put into fostering a supportive environment. Leadership struggled to provide clear direction or support, which contributed to widespread confusion and low morale. Many team members, including myself, were consistently overworked and felt undervalued, with little recognition or reward for our efforts.
