They had an initiative to consolidate their brands under one platform, told their employees they wouldn't be replaced after finishing it, then decided to layoff 75% of their staff afterwards (blaming it on AI). Good luck ever getting promoted or a sizable raise when you get a new manager every 6 months. Higher level roles are almost always hired externally rather than promoted internally. Anyone who has worked closely to the product roadmap and finance can clearly see revenue declining year over year. A sinking ship to definitely avoid.
