While training you have to interact via Zoom ie Calling contractors while the entire team watches and listens and you listen to the team and trainer while in the call Excessive Zoom meetings while being expected to make your weekly call and sale quota

Good flexibility with remote work and PTO.

Revolving door of leadership and talent in general. They had an initiative to consolidate their brands under one platform, told their employees they wouldn't be replaced after finishing it, then decided to layoff 75% of their staff afterwards (blaming it on AI). Good luck ever getting promoted or a sizable raise when you get a new manager every 6 months. Higher level roles are almost always hired externally rather than promoted internally. Anyone who has worked closely to the product roadmap and finance can clearly see revenue declining year over year. A sinking ship to definitely avoid.
