Vantaggi
The only real pro is the training managers I worked with. They were kind, understanding, and very communicative.
Svantaggi
So first off, HR is basically non existent. You have to go through your direct manager, so if you don't like your management there is quite literally nothing you can do. There is no phone number to speak to HR, and no way to put in a report to HR anonymously. You need to email them which they may or may not read. On the exit survey, it explicitly states that they'll only read "brief messages" in their feedback and might or might not respond to it. They didn't. You're told from day one you will have training zoom meetings, and after that's finished you won't have to be in daily meetings with your camera on. Absolutely untrue. Every single morning, every single afternoon, you have at least one meeting. You need to have your camera on, or you can be reported for attendance. Your shortcomings are announced to the entire company, where they share how many sales everyone is getting or lack thereof. I saw multiple people swearing in zoom calls in front of children, where I noticed people were uncomfortable with the amount of swearing. Nothing was done to prevent that as well. The training managers were really good, they work with you and build your confidence, and basically everyone I went in with finished training. After a meager month or so however, everyone in the training group I was in quit. The managers after training don't respond to you. if you have an emergency, it's likely they won't respond for several hours or even a matter of days after trying to connect with them over it. There is no work/life balance. You can't reach your manager to take time off for things, and you can't get less than 3 hours of talk time. It does not matter if you were in meetings for most of your day, it doesn't matter if you only get voicemails for a day, you need three hours. If you don't, they will fire you which is absurd.
