In recent years, the company has undergone a lot of change. The change has not been for the better. Employees are undervalued and micromanaged.
So long are the days where you could be a top performer and have a great work life balance. So long are the days where you could be a top performer and make top performer money. Upper management is handicapping people from excelling and taking advantage of the uncapped commission structure. People are having to work harder, to make less money. It’s really sad to see the direction the company is headed.
