⚠︎ No career growth. ⚠︎ No real system to work with. ⚠︎ Conventional and conservative system: No work-from-home “policy”. ⚠︎ No flexibility of working hours and no remote work (even though most task can be done without the need of coming to the office). ⚠︎ Insane notice period ⚠︎ Micromanaging bosses (and a little bit unprofessional): No proper layer between top management and executives. ⚠︎ Not consistent in paying salary: No exact date. making it hard to plan for financial and settling commitments. employer and employee EPF contribution usually pending for few months. ⚠︎ No bonus, increment, and incentives ⚠︎ Lackssss employee benefits ⚠︎ No proper HR department. ⚠︎ Need to do task on day off that was very out of job scope without compensation (OT salary or replacement leave). ⚠︎ Minor inconvenience: No company laptop provided. I need to use personal laptop.
