As part of our culture of ownership, we practice zero based budgeting and encourage employees to treat the company’s money as if it were their own. Each department and team prioritizes investment based on their needs and goals. With that said, this should never hinder teams’ abilities to get their work done. We encourage you to work with your peers and managers to identify gaps and bring actionable ideas to the department.
