As a prospective employee who's likely in the throes of completing a grueling, years-long ordeal of acquiring an engineering or other similar degree, ask yourself if you really want to be part of an organization that no longer values what you might individually contribute to its success - your intelligence, innovation or capacity for critical thinking - but instead views you as tabula rasa; a potential cog to be placed in a rusty works which for almost 15 years, now, has been deprived of any meaningful lubricant for the sole purpose of enriching a few individuals who have eagerly embraced their leadership's myopic efforts to coax the last few drops of lifeblood from their host.
