The work environment at times is hostile as year over year jobs are cut and the company requires less people to do more. No room to further yourself in the company. Rotating shifts every week. Favoritism is apparent when it comes to training and job selection.

They have completely expunged meritocracy from their culture and replaced it with DEI. Anyone who is reading this, I would highly encourage you to read Anson Frericks book “The Last Call for Bud Light.” From diversity dashboards to racist rhetoric, it is a toxic culture from top to bottom. Management pretends like they want feedback and then does nothing when they receive it. Stay away.
