- They hire kids fresh out of college and put them in sales manager positions that have NEVER worked a sales job in their lives. They promote them over salespeople that have worked in sales for years. - The climate encourages alcoholism and if someone doesn't drink, everyone talks about them. - No work/life balance - Boy's club mentality - if you're not in it, good luck with a promotion. - Watched them fire MULTIPLE people that were about to be at retirement age in a couple years. - Lots of turnover. They're like every giant corporation, you're a cog in the wheel... only the bottom line matters.
