They think employees are slaves. All things coming out from their mouth is lie, but they don't understand that they are lying. They think they are the best. If you complain about something, It means you will be in trouble. In November 2020, they forced people to sign new contracts due companies policy chance. That contract has a lot of tricky things. After some guys rejected to sign, CEO told employees, If you don't want to sign, let us know. We can easily replace you, in the public meeting. And one of the guys got fired after this but instantly, no waiting for notice period, nothing:) They just tried to kick him from the office, but he didn't leave, one of the CEOs came to his desk (yes they have 2 CEOs :D) and removed the cables of his PC. But he went to law and sued the company. I think he won the case in 2 weeks. Now, the company is more calm. They know they can't do the same thing again, so they are careful now. Also don't get job ticket. They said It's free. But It's not, they will cut it from your gross. Also getting vacation is hard. They mostly reject vacation requests. But employees forced to leave for vacation when boss leaves for a vacation.
