Some of the best people I've met here, fantastic studio to work at and food (when the kitchen was still open) I still miss the breakfast food there. My boss at the time was an english bloke and very friendly, everyone was friendly.

You have to job hop to get increases in pay, getting a higher title without job hopping will not get you much. Forced return to office.
