      İf you want to be a slabe without any payment go and work there , the payments almost never paid on time and you have to work 70-80 hours per a week

      Probably almost none. But it's good for intro level. And you can survive while doing what you like (in some level) if you can get paid. People are mostly friendly, fairly relaxed environment. But it was like high school.( maybe this is cons, depends on your view)

      Lots of. Including not get paid for months, and the lack of quality works.
