      some folks were nice, salary was "ok"

      VERY uptight management, different culture where they came from. They spend thier freetime wishing they were at work. They're VERY blunt and have little grace. I coiuld not wait to leave after less than a year.

      Depending on where they are in the PE cycle, they work with a reasonable pressure. Nearing the end, they systematically start laying people off: month over month, department over department; very quietly. You don't realize it is happening until you try sending an email and it bounces, by accident, as "terminated". Culture is toxic, management is terrible.
