Technical Discussions happen only within a small group, and be careful they wont let u in. Horrible politics No boarding plan Humiliating atmosphere to work - no one is ready to share anything if you are new to the company as developer With every management change, which is very frequent there are just layoffs and no other improvements. Scrum is just a name they don't even have planning meetings, and in stand ups everything else is discussed except the three questions that have to be answered.
