This company has continually grown (except 2009 and 2010) for the 30+ years I have been here. It affords great opportunity as a result, but not without sacrifice. The company allows for failure - albiet not consistent failure. Solid metrics are in place so that expectations are clearly communicated and rewards a given based on objective perfromance. If you find challenging work rewarding and are looking for a career that not only provides growth but requires it, this is the company for you.
