he company has a bad salary and promotion structure. You can be working days and nights but the promotions don't come easily. There is no space to grow. I must admit for some (the ones who are favorites of their bosses), the promotions come without doing any work. 2.5 years of my work at the company and when I had been doing all the work and I could get promoted, and there was an option too, I was not even asked and someone else was hired. Every year the %age of salary incentives go down. The products are not selling. They continue to use the same old compounds for new indications (and it doesn't work). Now when all other pharmas are looking into bio-tech, they are going backwards. All the big pharmas are promoting work from home and they are taking away this privilege from whoever has it already.

Employees are frequently asked to do more with less, while the long-term vision and execution plan can feel unclear. There is a noticeable desire across the organization for stronger leadership alignment, a more defined growth strategy, and clearer communication around the path forward.
