Genuinely the worst place I’ve ever worked - Recensione dipendente - Dipendente anonimo presso Ant Group

This company does not care for its employees at all. I was genuinely shocked at how bad this actually was. Firstly, no matter how well you do at your job, you cannot score higher than a 3 (“average”) so they instil into you this idea that you are average at best. No one at the top or mid-management knows what they’re doing so instructions change drastically on an almost hourly basis (no exaggeration). I didn’t have the sense that there was a real goal or strategy on my or any team. I could honestly go on, but I have better things to do. I would not wish this place upon anyone, please do not waste your time.
