Treat employee only as a liability , full politics , starting they will tell you or make you feel you are an important resource but when the time is bad you wil be the 1st one to be fired

Unfortunately we have had to make some quick hard decisions on right sizing the company due to economic conditions affecting our customers and strategy as a result of the devastating global pandemic. IDP industry is growing, very large market

Terrible Management Poor CEO No investment in resources or people. Company advertises over 200 employees however reality is under 100. No sales team as customers have largely left. CEO makes promises weekly and never delivers, always puts the blame on others. No investment in company, CEO promised he was obtaining additional funding from investors, never happened. Only revenue is from less than a handful of customers. The Insurants business that is the focus after 1 full year NO customers. If you are being recruited you need to ask hard questions.
