The workplace environment has too much politics and unhealthy competition, making collaboration and fair recognition difficult. Growth opportunities are limited, and performance reviews are sporadic and very brief, which does not provide meaningful feedback or support for development. if you have stable salry else where stay away from this company

      Great place to work -- good people, respect for work/life balance, and a focus on relationships with clients (and eachother!) as opposed to only churning out mediocre work for the sake of short term/quick win profit. Flexibility and autonomy around schedules. Opportunity to be ambitious, creative, and entrepreneurial if you've got it in you, but no requirement to be.

      Salaries & bonuses are lower than other firms doing similar work. Pro of work/life balance makes up for this. Some in leadership have been in their seats a long, long, long time. Leads one to wonder if we can be as innovative as competition requires.
