I have been with the company since 1996. We have been through a number of changes over the years and now we are currently a division of Mars Petcare, so I am optimistic there are good things to come better benefits and salaries for all and better culture. I just want to mention don't listen to all the reviews most are from terminated employees, so you know there is nothing good to say from them. Mars is one of the top companies to work for so looking forward to seeing what the future holds.
