- What I really enjoy about Anyline is the high level of freedom the company offers in your daily work. - Our team spirit is outstanding; on an interpersonal level we are eager to support each other, if somebody needs advice/help. - If you are convinced about an idea or a new approach, the company environment gives you a lot of freedom to work independently & creatively on your ideas and also suggest ways to implement your ideas. - There is a high level of flexibility regarding where to work (either office, homeoffice, workation etc.) and team leads are used to a hybrid meeting setting. We also do not have mandatory office attendance in the office. Some colleagues are even working 100% remote. At the same time, I have to admit, I really love our office and I enjoy also working from there. - The company has grown quickly within the last months and this offers regular growth opportunities and take over new responsibilities. - I like that the company never stands still, it offers a very dynamic environment.

- As we operate very dynamically, the official communication sometimes lags behind. - In general, we have a positive error culture but trial & error can sometimes be very resource draining.
